That would be 27 instances. And they are being investigated.
Seems appropriate action is being taken. And when you
consider that we have taken in many thousands of prisoners,
many of whom are violent thugs & murderers, 27 instances does
not seem like "widespread abuses" to me.

Or should I express wild, unsubstantiated opinion &
conjecture to spin some far fetched conspiracy theory?

Would that seem reality based to you?
