Well, for some reason or other, it also looks to be EFFECTIVE, as we have not had another terrorist attack on our soil since 9/11. That is a FACT you cannot argue with. It is a FACT that there has not been a terrorist attack on our soil since 9-11. But it's also a fact that terrorist attacks around the world are on the increase. The fact that we have not had an attack since 9-11 is absolutely no measure of the effectiveness of this administrations policies. Given that the last attack was the WTC bombing in 1993, that puts 8 years between attacks. The fact that we haven't been attacked for 2 years means little. Orca
