You may not know this but at one time very long ago (<1980) Intel was going to move their operation over to Santa Cruz Next to the Wrigley plant with Ocean view there is a wafer fab: Synergy Silicon Systems inherited by TI shut down

Santa Cruz residents have empathy for people and value the environment. That's one of the beauties of the city. And why the property has increased more than other areas. Regards, Amy J
