they got their money back, but shareholders didn't

Well, Max Link may be no Lindsay Rosenwald, buy I'm not sure I would be overly cynical in assessing his motives. Since he is not an officer, I wouldn't think he normally gets any bonuses. Any compensation he receives has to be disclosed in the proxy. Let's see how it plays out.

Here's an article which suggests that the investor should ask which insider is buying. moneycentral.msn.com

Ex-pgs,

I wonder if it is correct to refer to CTIC as " a Rosenwald" company. True, Rosenwald owns some 5 % of the capital in the company. But as far as I have seen, he has not any board representation directly or through a representative. So, probably his influence is limited to nonexistent.

He was not involved in the founding of the company. His shares go back to the transaction where CTIC bought PolaRx (the company owning Trisenox).

We have had another 4A reported btw. John Fluke (!) has doubled his holding from 5.000 to 10.000 shares. The 5.000 shares were bought at 4 dollars.
