A new const would have a specific supportive reference to gay marriage and it would ban most uses of weaponry if liberals had their way. And if conservatives had their way, gay marriage would be banned and there would be little or no gun restrictions. Let the courts hammer out what stuff means as time changes. I do not consider myself a strict constructionist in the way it is used by some cons nor a judicial activist as defined by some liberals. Hell i am a moderate--call me neomod
