There is a new radio show on the air run by a mortgage broker in South Florida. One of his associated came on who is a recent transplant from the north. The new associate said he recently went on a sales call up to Brevard County and couldn't understand why there was all this open land north of West Palm since he thought the state had been built out already and double digit yearly appreciation is a given as far as the eye can see...lol

Hey maybe Dade, Broward and Palm Beach for sure are close to build out but from Jupiter on north is pretty much virgin territory till you hit the Duval County line. The wast coast outside of Tampa/ST Pete metro and Naples also have huge open spaces.
