the judges' ruling in Roe vs Wade clearly is supported by their interpretation of the constitution. Most judicial decisions about constitutional law are supported by "their interpretation of the constitution". Unfortunately many of these interpretations are made up, and have little to do with the actual constitution. Who told you? Fox news? No, they are not made up. They just don't agree with your POV.......and that's because you don't think democratically. ted
