Next time I'll stick to strawberries from our neighbor. We gave her a lot of horse manure and she gives us her extra berries.

You are right on about milk... When Morton Downey had his TV talk show in the late 1980s, he told the story of how he had stomach problems for years and years that none of the doctors he went to could cure or figure out what might be causing his pain and you know what. Then he stopped drinking milk for awhile, and bingo, stomach problems all gone!
Same thing for me, when I stopped drinking milk, my health improved... I still eat some cheese and some ice cream, but have to keep the amounts under control or else I tend to go downhill again.
