I am anything other than thrilled that it's cheap.

I don't think about doubling down in this type of stock... just never occurs to me for anything other than big-science, heavy internal development places. That has cost me dearly in the past.... not trying to say that it's been a good habit.

I find pgs's cynicism refreshing and insightful.

The inference to be drawn from insider buying is well known. It is also well known that multiple insider buys is even more positive.

I am personally convinced that corporate sharpies use these inferences to skin the simple.

If you could ever prove that the insider buying was orchestrated for the purpose of defrauding the investing public it would make a wonderful RICO case.

None of these comments are intended to suggest wrongdoing on the part of CTIC insiders. I have no reason to think the theory applies to them.
