It's a prison for terrorists (unlawful combatants) who
legally have no rights under the Geneva Convention even
though they were granted them by Bush.

That's bullshit.

Bush was FORCED to recognize that these people were protected with the Geneva Conventions, which does NOT recognize a soi-disant designation called "illegal combatants", and finally gave in to grant them these rights.

If you had actually read the Geneva Conventions that you comment on, you would see that they take great pains to cover anyone and everyone fighting on the other side, regardless of insignia. It even covers people who simultaneously take up arms upon seeing their country being a war zone. This is done so that the winning side would not try to squirm its way out of recognizing the rights of the prisoners (just like your country has been trying to do).

Your administration fed you these lies and you swallowed them whole. That's kind of understandable. What is not, however, is that you continue to regurgitate them to us, even after your president has reversed himself on them.

These are not "personal opinion & conjecture", by the way. Take a few minutes to actually read the Convention.
