I must have bumped my head before coming on this thread. Apparently my good senses were off. I can't believe the garbage thats been said to Dave. Call me a brown noser if you wish but I can't help but feel we owe SI and its management one hell of a lot more respect. In an effort to try and keep SI more attractive to new people (since that is how they keep the doors open) all they've asked is that we tone it down a little bit. With that in mind "Jerkov" and "Average Joke" have the audacity to tell off the hall monitors when its people like them that make the hall monitors necessary in the first place. Get Real! Ban me from the thread because I wont be back to hang with people like that. I'd toss them from SI tonight.

Wrong reference frame. "90% of the trouble on the site comes from political threads." So, let's see, we wnt to turn this into an online brokerage, right? (Never mind what's going on with ETRADE and Charles Schwab and what happened to all those other ebrokers that are no longer with us.) All the ruckus on those threads just scares off potential investors needed to raise the capital for the conversion. So do them in. Then also take out anyone on the stock threads that keeps going off topic (which is all but about 3 posters, from my count). NOW we're in good shape to talk to the VC and investment bankers! Or am I being paranoid? No need to answer; back to your code. Bob will turn cyanide valves when the time comes.
