i don't know bucky. i was just trying to apply what i interpret as your "rat dog" philosophy and i know you liked this one years ago quite a bit lower. buy low float, high quality issues at a reasonable price and be patient and sooner or later they will pop. i think that's part of the mantra. this one has no debt, $1.5 a share in cash, still makes $$$... and is at it's 52 week low. but there is some fed regulation called sarbanes oxley that they have to comply with and is costing them a little $$ each quarter so maybe that's what the problem is.
