The antitrust exemption is insane. The Twins don't compete with the Yankees on any business sense. The Yankees aren't trying to force the Twins out of business to take over their market share. They need the Twins to put on the Big Show that people pay to see, and to attract eye balls they can sell to advertisers. They are business partners. MLB Corporation is in competition with every other business trying to attract disposable income - including restaurants, strip bars, bowling alleys, etc. They should be free to manage their business any way they see fit.

I understand and agree with what you're saying TO A DEGREE. These people have bigger issues to work on and all that needed to be said (behind closed doors) is fix it or we will.

Instead its become a high profile circus when they are so many other pressing issues. Antitrust exemption or not is merely a small detail to me. Congress should look so diligently at their own members and people in other industries as well as parents.

Lets take a day or two and look at Hollywood and the recording industry. You want to find the best drugs on the planet? Check those folks out.

Again, I'm not saying condone or ignore but rather be realistic in the approach and lets not waste days and weeks on this issue. I actually came away feeling bad for Mark McGuire. Did he do roids? I think so. Can he make up for that transgression now? I think he can if used properly.

How many of those congressmen do you suppose smoked a bowl, bong or snorted a line or drank too much at one point or another in their life? Aren't all of those illegal as well?

I say you and I guy in and serve those guys some humble pie.
