Since you have not objected to nor commented on anything else I wrote in the previous mail, can I safely assume that you now understand why US Fed is entirely justified in raising rates, and how 2.4% inflation is an entirely normal level of inflation that has no resemblance to a deflationary path a la Japonaise?

There is inflation now and there will be until the housing market in the US, UK, and China occur.
I expected it to happen by now but I remain wrong.
I am not giving up my deflation scenario and the fact that no one thinks it is possible is just fine by me.

The inflation we see now is a direct result of the FED seeing deflation coming and embarking recklessly to prevent it. Yes, Greenspan is to blame. He delayed K-Winter he did not defeat it.

That is my position and I see no reason to change it.
The increased debt levels everywhere all point to the same eventual end: a total collapse in credit, probably worldwide.
