I think a STRONG buy is quite clear. I think I've made my opinion on ZAPZ in general pretty clear as well. I use STRONG very selectively. Only when I'm 99% certain a stock is poised to move in direction called. ZAPZ 2.74 x 75 move delayed, but still see the tgts being hit for very nice short term returns. You either have to stomach the ride or not play the small caps. They're easily swayed. I don't see a temporary drop of 7 1/2% reason for concern in this genre, especially on light volume.
