Whatever. Just seems foolish to underfund the Milwaukee office and overfund the NY Office when the Milwaukee office is crucial to NY executing it's assigned task.

The NFL broke the union. That allowed them to set league wide policies and negotiate league TV and revenue sharing deals without having to mess with the players association.

Baseball ownership and league management is weaker than their players association.
