What about Jose Padilla, an American citizen, who is STILL locked up somewhere since 2002 and STILL not charged?

Uh, so far, between you, tsigprofit & zonder, ET AL, we have
one example of one person that has been cited. And all the
evidence that has been provided has been one sided (sans any
rebuttal from our gov't), except for the article I posted
today.

So how does this prove the original, albeit still
unsubstantiated assertion that, ""If not, they confirmed
that federal govt. agencies have admitted to doing
renditions - taking people we have in custody, and giving
them to places like Saudi Arabia and Yemen so they can be
tortured
."

Am I to believe all the obviously partisan liberals here who
have opined on the subject & completely ignore CIA Director
Porter Goss' testimony to Congress?

Tell me Suma, who has more to lose if they are lying or
engaging in willful partisan conspiracy mongering; Porter
Goss testimony to Congress or a bunch of anonymous liberal
partisans who can't even dig up scant credible evidence to
provide minimal support of their conspiracy theories?

How about a serious, reality based answer.
