I notice the article quotes Dennis Gartman. Maybe you can find something that quotes someone with some credibility LOLOL ""What happens if the Dutch or French vote down the constitution? Suddenly the EU ceases? It will be shocking to Europe." This changes nothing. The independant currencies will still outperform the USD as some of the countries in the EU are more responsible than others. I would think this is even a better environment for a dollar decline against most of them. Gartman seems like he is always anti-gold and pro USD and is usually wrong on both.
