How do you feel about the Florida women finally able to get her feeding tube removed?

There have been ~10 judicial reviews that have all resulted in rulings that it was her wish to be removed from the feeding tube. Other legal proceedings, including one of the USSC that it's a State's Rights issue and the Federal Courts/Federal government have no right to interfere. Yet, Tom DeLay puts himself above the wishes of the woman, the Florida Courts, the Supreme Court and the US Constitution. [If you're a born again Christian, you can do that.]

Congress comes back into session on Monday and Tom DeLay and the conservative boys and girls will try to reconcile two seemingly un-Constitutional bills to pass an un-Constitutional bill which Bush will probably sign.

A House committee has issued a subpoena for Terri Schiavo to testify before Congress. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't try to find a judge to issue an arrest warrant when she "refuses" to get out of bed and hop on an airplane. If I were her husband, I would be tempted to arrange for her and her bed to be rolled onto the House floor. Let C-Span cover the hearing.
