An interesting question. Perhaps polygamy should be legal as long as all people involved are made aware from the get go that the others exist.

Do you think it should be illegal? If so what should be the penalty? Should it still be illegal if the women involved were not decieved but knew about it and perhaps even agreed to it (or at least accepted it)?

What's the difference? The main difference is that polygamy/bigamy is a fraud against the government. Your get a marriage licence by pretending your not married. If the government isn't involved its just people having sex and a relationship which is relatively unregulated and should be.
