Why was all this eastern capital leaving other investments and coming to california real estate - what was driving the population boom? Today open border have allowed a population boom - is that growth trend beginning to level out? If we can show more people why certain forces are beyond greenspans control, they will undersand he cannot manage this better than bubbles past but is a slave to natural laws like the rest of us. Some have forgotten that I fear.
