greenspan assures he can control things with measured management - I don't think he can, the smartest in japan couldn't in 1990 - but so many people think greenspan can. I just want to understand why they feel that way - why do they think greenspan can do things no one else has been able to do ever? Why do they think he can take the punchbowl away slowly even after some of his recent comments included "conundrum" shows he is confused, he made critical mistakes and it has taken a life of its own outside his influence that he claims to not understand? Why are so many people not able to bring themselves to the fact it may be a total mess and all thier money will go up in smoke in a very short time.
