Bruce,
Excellent program. FGX mentioned 26 minutes in. One Uranium stock was mentioned as a spec Bitterroot Resources. A few other gold specs sounded interesting Almaden Gold, Miranda Gold, Bravo Ventures (very interesting).

Thanks for that, Bruce. There was an interesting section talking about the value of due-diligence performed by a major. One of my stocks has Noranda to do its due diligence; it is very frustrating to hear only "The exploration ventures have found nothing of economic significance". But really, that's the VALUE of major-company due diligence.... perhaps as a shareholder i should be grateful for it.

How many ventures do we get excited about that a major would simply dismiss as "nothing of economic significance" ?

Bruce,
Interesting idea. DAE is finding gold in rock. Therefore the results from the rock assays from recent trenching may very well tell the story of what gold they may find by drilling. Is this any more true for trenching that is done in rock vs soil?

Will you post the original link. My Real Player will not play the section. Is it a WindowsMedia file?
TIA,

I really liked the part when Rick Rule talks about malinvestment in the industry.

This is so true and is why we have seen so much dilution in most juniors.

That is why I think Chesapeake is among the very few companies that will succeed. They are sitting today on a group of excellent properties, close to a discovery. They have been there for almost 3 years, started with $26M inm the bank and still have almost $26M in the bank.

You can't beat CKG in terms of well managed exploration company.

I also agree with Bishop and his comments on Cardero. Cardero is similar to Chesapeake in that sense. But not as good as CKG.

None of these folks seems to be aware of Chesapeake. I hope they will be proved to have been wrong in a not too distant future.

What stocks do you think they are referring to when they talk about froth in the junior gold stock sector? (I must be looking at different stocks.)
