The demise of the mortgage industry for me should be just about the time CKG chesapeakegold.com is taken out by Glamis or another suitor. CKG has completed 6 holes at Gitana. Results by mid April.

In Orange county February has seen a lot of new escrow opened. Apparently remaining buyers are trying to buy before both RE and interest rates jump another 25%.
