The only thing I am "embarrassed by" is the depth of your monomania and apparent mental problems --- the way you imagine 'perversions' all around you is alarming. One interpretation would be that you are fighting your own internal demons, trying to repress 'qwirks' in your own makeup, and by doing so you PROJECT them on total strangers all around you. Another interpretation would be that you are JUST NUTS! (On the possibility that you were not always mentally ill --- something that I have no way of knowing because I don't know you personally --- but that this is a recent development, arising from you serious medical procedures of late... I would advise you that, if your mental stability has changed for the worse because of the medical interventions, you should advise your physicians. Perhaps some kind of drug interaction is to blame. I pray that you will be able to find balance and peace and clarity!)
