re: It's a horrible way to educate the public on the topic, but am glad the education is happening. Agreed, it does come at the cost of the family, that is for sure. My wife and I did living wills this week... so I get what you are saying. The Florida Bar got 10,000 hits on it's living will site, shut it down (my wife is a lawyer). I have a feeling that if this hadn't been front page news for all these years, it would have been settled long ago. And the tragedy of this poor woman and her family is now a source of political gamesmanship on a national basis. Those guys should have the same happen to their families. I don't know what's happening to this country but to me we've hit a new low. There used to be a sense of tolerance and mutual respect for each other. The country used to have dignity and grace. John
