I've simply adopted Season's Greetings or Happy Holiday, for the most part - I probably overstated it with the term "ignorant", but there is a Diwali celebration starting at nearly the same time as our "Seasons" and I work with a Hindu. And the this stuff is all based upon the winter solstice. It is highly unlikely that Jesus was ACTUALLY born on December 25th.

Makes a lot more sense to neutralize it (to me). I was raised in mostly secular home, and I feel it is more of a traditional celebration of family and friends the way we did it. Your friends aren't going to care much one way or another, but for many, especially in the context of work, it is now mostly a secular holiday and not a Christ Mass. These things change over time.
