I was quoting from Harry Blackmun's majority opinion.

Sorry. I didn't open the link you provided and saw only what was actually in the post. Saw no mention of right to privacy and saw comments re. the TX case. Consequently, I thought you were quoting only the state's case which btw also cited the right of privacy but used the 9th amendment to support that position.
