Thanks for your input on this Doc.

Maybe the congress feels as if they have to get involved, because of the liberal courts and thier idiocy in legislating from the bench in the last few years.

American lefties are always ready for a good killin...whether by Terri, or by a good old fashioned abortion.....BUT...just don't inject a child rapist/murderer....that is one less Democrat voter for the next election in their eyes.

doc-I feel as you do. There is an issue here though that every spouse OUGHT to be concerned about. That is, when should a spouses say, overcome a families say and vice versa. We all PRESUME the spouse has final say and probably most of us agree with that BUT when the spouse is only a spouse in NAME only and there is a hint of misdeed here, perhaps a family's say ought to override. jdn
