CJ,

Something has to be done. The Reps are out of control and the Dems are inept. I have a gut feeling that people would defect from both parties for a reasonable candidate/platform.

Where is the reasonable candidate?

John

A third party would be nice. I had some hopes that Perot would be able to pull it off, but he let his ego get in the way. Personally, I think Populism is due for a come back tour, both current parties are pretty much corporate parties. As Kinky Friedman put it, "Today, Texans have no choice for their leadership except paper or plastic". This applies not only to Texas, but the whole country.

I don't know........the GOP is pretending to be the populist party.
