Are there any other living relatives...cousins, etc. on that line? I never intended in chasing all the living people, BUT I soon came to realize that if I wanted any info, there might be people still living that had kept pictures, letters and all sorts of other things.... so I had to chase them.

Good thing I did. I have fallen heir to lots of things, and a good deal of info I wouldn't have had otherwise.

Do you know if your father's father came to your parents wedding? Where was your dad born? Check the census...that's the first thing to do...If you give me what your dads name is, and where he was in 1920, 1910, 1900, or so, maybe I can look it up for you on Heritage Quest.
