My company previously used raw materials, but rich evans found it too confusing. We down-sized to just 90% labor and 10% profit to make the economics of the situation easy to understand.

It was exactly this sort of widespread ignorance of economic priciples, among the American labour force, that led me to move my company to Malaysia.
