Benchmarking a new low for Mr. Phillipps could be cause for much debate...for me, it was when he hopped on the bandwagon belittling Bush Sr.'s war record. Their guy was clearly a pansy and the best response in their sick minds was to nitpick the record of a man that had served with honor.
