I may just do that unless they are willing to testify against the prosecutor.

The case involved a woman who filed false charges. A taped conversation totally contradicted her allegations. I naively gave tape to prosecutor, thinking that honesty and truth would prevail. Prosecutor gave tape to woman, thus allowing her to modify her story. Soon afterwards we learned they were involved in a relationship. We had the evidence of this relationship, which has since been also confirmed in my civil case against her. The tape was kept from the judge in the criminal case. And my attorneys at the time didn't want to expose the evidence to the judge and embarrass their colleague. Unbelievable case. There is much more to it, including hiring of hitman and spyware which may have saved my life. This woman wanted me to leave my wife for her. When I refused, she filed several serious charges against me.

I'd be interested to know of a good writer to share this unbelievable experience.
