Glenn, Re: Matthews is an unabashed old-time liberal Some of these creeps have a horrid record as imperialists. My main objection to Matthews was his fawning acquiescence to the lies being spewed by the Bushies in their despicable sales job on the Iraq War. Moral turpitude is the best description I know of for Matthews' character. Unfortunately he shares this scarlet letter with way too many court scriveners in the morally bankrupt and utterly dishonest corporate media.
