Ok, so am I dealing with lack of competence on your part, or lack of intellectual honesty? I don't guess it matters . . . . It matters to me. I wrote, "They are equivalent for our purposes to the extent that they both elevate and centralize jurisdiction, drawing it from the states to Washington." Are you just going to make a crack and flounce off or are you going to explain how that comparison is either incompetent or intellectually dishonest in the context of a discussion of federalism? It seems to me to address the essence of federalism.
