My beef about it is that BOTH sides have wimped out on filibusters. There are no true filibusters any longer...All they have to do is SAY they are filibustering....when was the last time you saw a true long term filibuster on C-PAN or such?

I say if you have the cajones to call for a filibuster...then have the cajones to stand in and do it. If not...then it comes to an up or down vote, period.
