Mish, it is from Chinese media. And China has studied what happened in Japan, and does not want to end up like them<g>

After WWII, every economic recovery in Japan has been ended up with a real estate bubble and then bursted. Japan, until now, has not really reformed its banking sector.

China this time is determined to reform it banking sector although it remains to be seen how successful it will be.

The same thing with the housing bubble. Already people are talking about the possible 40% down payment.

And the last thing Chinese banks want is more bad debt on top of what they already have.
