Tom, As I recall, on Sept 30th 2004, NT provided a status update where they were going to reduce employee count as "The Company's work plan now includes targeted workforce reductions of approximately 3,250 employees. Approximately two-thirds of the employees are expected to be notified by December 31, 2004 with the remainder expected to be notified by June 30, 2005." Hence, the 3rd qtr numbers do not take into account this reduced workforce.
