As an aside, a long GLD trade is very attractive right here, with a stop at 42.75 on the close and upside to 44.50 or so, making it a roughly a 6:1 reward:risk trade.

Kacy,

A good observation. It would not be surprising to see what you suggest hapenning. A first break of the trend in 4 years would be normal.

I also agree on juniors being affected even on good news. However, there will always be exceptions. And these are the stocks you must own.

Can I also suggest that hedging might be a better solution than selling the juniors. Keep in mind that the stocks have been in a correection for 15 months now and will bottom before gold does..as they usually do.
