He nailed it on the head and notice how many blacks cried foul. To attain what he's preaching requires effort and there are too many lazy people that aren't willing to put in the time.

Equality is a right but its also the right of others to question your intellect and disregard your opinion when you start "axin quetons"

I agree. If you look at the minority groups that have been most successful in the U.S., the one thing they have in common is that they have been pretty insular while climbing the economic ladder.

Until they are at a level with the broader society they help each other climb the rungs. This requires that they trust each other, and that the community have very strong social mores, including social ostracism when merited. Unity can be a very powerful economic tool.

Imo depending on the kindness of strangers is a losing proposition. Telling people "the government will protect you" is, imo, exactly the wrong message to send.
