You refused to speculate on possible constitutionality factors because you don't have enough information--hadn't read the law and didn't know whether the news reports were accurate and complete--but you accept these accusations as fact? A sure sign of emotions taking over higher functions. The political implications of the newly enacted law could be enormous. However, I think Congress will ultimately come to its senses, and will not let this particular bit of madness happen again.
