at first glance, I can't say anything jumped out other than yet another record record record quarter for KBH.

Orders and backlog are the big surprises.

The sequential increase is strong.

All I can do is borrow that conundrum comment, when it comes to these homebuilders.

Looking at LEN and KBH reports, I cannot find any holes.

Homebuilders rock. I can only conclude that the public companies are growing and growing. Last I heard they were only 20% of new homes so there may be more room to grow.

If, when, the real estate bubble bursts, the homebuilders may manage a much softer landing than others sectors?
