I can only say that you are pretty good at quoting the marketing bull of Rocky Aoki. That is how he built his Benihana empire! Any "Japanese" with a western first name like Rocky is more American than any than anybody else would ever be. He for sure know how to play the capitalistic game and you liberals, the best victims in those cases, go right with it. Again, Teppanyaki as performed at Benihana and other places has no Japanese tradition and Teppanyaki never was part of the Japanese cooking lingo until 1964 or later. Move to Japan, ted. Learn Japanese and next Korean. To you they even sound the same but they are not related at all. Get interested in opera, that would make you relax. Taro
