Actually, its not nearly as good as Dolmades.

This may surprise you, Ted, but a national Swedish dish is "Kaldolmar" which is nothing but Dolmades made using cabbage leaves in lieu of the vine leaves not growing in Sweden. Karl XII, the first West European king to make it to Moscaw just short of an invasion (like Napoleon and Hitler after him) took the recipe with him back from Turkey early 18. century.

BTW, what kind of sauce typically comes with calculus?
