Many of the facts of this case are disputed.

These are the same "facts" that have been disputed, litigated, and settled by the Florida courts over the last 10 years. If there was negligence at that level the Florida legislature would have found it, they certainly tried.

I am disgusted that this is all being regurgitated and eaten again.

There is a little more to the situation than the issue of "whether one's wishes as to the disposition of one's self are honored or ignored".

I realize that. What I said was that I can't relate to indifference on that particular aspect. And I can't. I can understand being indifferent re other aspects.

I can even understand indifference on the federalism aspect--most people are indifferent about that--although not from you. <gg>
