Judge Hears Schiavo Arguments, but Does Not Rule Yet
Immediately after the president signed the law, lawyers for Ms. Schiavo filed a request with the district court in Tampa for an emergency injunction to keep their daughter fed.

The case was assigned by random computer to Judge Whittemore, who was appointed to the court in 1999 by President Clinton.

Last night, after listening to a Nobel Prize candidate Dr. in her field, and several of Terri's friends on Hannity and Combs and Gretchen I am more convinced a gross miscarraige of justice has been done in the Terri matter. I find it INCREDIBLE that so many judges just absolutely refuse to allow more credible evidence into this trial and really just keep rehashing the same old stuff entered in the original trial. An innocent womans life is at stake here and an awful method of Death, YET it seems a child molester and killer gets a fairer trial. If there is a HELL I see several CANDIDATES involved in this case. jdn
