From what I have heard Whittemore is a respected judge and considered fair, however, I wish it would have been possible to start out with a judge TOTALLY OUT OF THE AREA preferable OUT OF THE STATE. There is always the possability, perhaps even likelihood, this judge is friends with the other judges and that may cloud his judgement in this matter. There is NO QUESTION a lot of information is NOT included in Terri's judicial record. She needs a judge that would reopen this case and start from scratch to get the latest information. jdn
