Public education should extend to the college and trade school level. Anybody who wants to go to school should be able to.

Since we already pay for them to be there maybe we should enlist them in non combat military/national service if they don't. It seems to me that kids schooling on the public dime owe us their best efforts and a debt of gratitude - not the other way around.
