I'd rather see legislatures impeach activist judges than the Congress and Senate overstep their own constitutional bounds. The Republicans will win the Nuclear Option because of the the whining crybaby Dems will do a s a result...become obstructionists. Voters HATE obstructionist whining cry babies. The Voters like positive winners, not losers.

President Bush, while governor of Texas brought into law a rule allowing Texas hospitals to unplug indigent patients. So that, for the president, if you can pay your life support bills, then it is morally incorrect to unplug a patient, but if you can't pay your bills then it is morally correct for the hospital to take you off life support. Or am I missing the meaning of GWB's law.
